Every meeting or special event receives the personal attention of a dedicated conference manager who will work with you to oversee every detail of your meeting, wedding, or special event. From audio-visual needs to transportation requests, from spa appointments to tee times, from menu planning to local resource recommendations, your conference coordinator ensures your event is executed to perfection.

The Sunrise Room & Terrace

Named for the morning sunlight that floods the space, this meeting and event space is the epitome of Rancho Valencia style. The open-beamed ceiling and turquoise fireplace create a warm and cozy setting for luncheons and dinners. The Sunrise Room can accommodate up to 40 guests for meals and, with the addition of the adjacent Sunrise Terrace, up to 200 guests.

The Croquet Lawn

Sunset views and gently floating hot air balloons create a magical backdrop to this magnificent setting. Surrounded by beds of hibiscus and bougainvillea and shaded by towering palms and California Live Oaks, the 8,400 square foot croquet lawn has played host to events from simply elegant to stunningly lavish for up to 500 guests.

The Valencia Lawn

Situated in one of the most beautiful gardens at Rancho Valencia, this expanse of gently rolling lawn, surrounded by our Mediterranean casitas and beautiful coral trees, makes for a magical event site. For events up to 500 guests.

The Terrace Room & Patio

The Terrace Room offers intimacy and versatility. Tile wainscoting, wall sconces and custom carpet and handcrafted furnishings set this meeting space apart. Plantation-shuttered French doors open onto a covered terrace, framed by a series of arches and set off by vibrant bougainvillea. 
This 2,000-square-foot space features expansive lighting options, the latest in audio-video technology and versatile seating arrangements. A foyer off of the Terrace Room is an ideal staging area for greeting guests and presentations. This tranquil environment can accommodate up to 150 people, utilizing the Terrace Patio, up to 200 guests.

The Board Room

The Board Room offers vaulted, open-beamed ceilings and high-backed executive chairs set around a rich mahogany table. French doors with plantation shutters that let in the natural light open on to a private patio where outdoor seating is available. The executive conference table may seat up to 16 meeting guests.
