Yoga Therapy with Anna Spalding, master yogini

Yoga Therapy is an all levels workshop that takes the mystery out of Yoga and gives you the knowledge to heal your body through Asana (pose), Pranayama (breath), and yoga fascia release techniques needed for both recovery and success. The aches and pains we develop from life’s activities can usually be addressed and healed through Yoga. By fine tuning our yoga practice we can thrive both on and off the mat, as opposed to just getting by. Come ready to move, sweat, and most importantly laugh! You will leave feeling rejuvenated & renewed!

How to Feel Better – a mental wellness workshop with Danielle Maloney, Mental Health Therapist, M.S. in Counseling Psychology

One of the fundamental questions clients ask in a mental health practice is “How can I feel better?” In this inspiring workshop, we will explore what it takes to achieve this goal. Most people think that they want to feel happy all the time. We will address exactly what it means to be happy and where our emotions initiate. We will also discuss key tips to determining how to change the way that you think, and ultimately how you feel.

Being in Balance with Jenny Gadbois, A.S. of Nutrition & Exercise Physiology, Plant- Based Nutritionist

The story of each life is one that is being written as it plays out - we cannot “press pause” when uncertainty or discomfort arises. Our ability to remain buoyant and move with the flow is dependent on our state of equilibrium. How do we establish and nourish balance when most of what is happening around us is not ours to control? Join us for a holistic health workshop which integrates movement, meditation and nutrition. Explore practices and techniques that contribute to a state of equanimity and allow you to generate a sense of internal support no matter what is happening in the world around you.
