Exempt Position

Food & Beverage Assistant Manager
Assist in the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. The Assistant Manager will support the Food & Beverage Manager’s initiatives in ensuring a dynamic and unique dining experience by engaging the guest, monitoring the flow of service, ensuring adherence to service standards and being a visible presence on the floor.

Accounts Payable Specialist | Full-Time
This position will maintain a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and check requests in order to promptly and adequate support, document and process for payment all hotel payables according to company standards & procedures. Must have adequate experience in Accounts Payable processing and have an understanding of General Ledger accounting and how the A/P function has an impact on financial statements.

Bar Food Runner | Full-Time
This position requires 6 months current experience as a food runner in a fine dining environment and 1-2 years experience as a bus person in a upscale environment. Must have a valid San Diego food handler's card, and the ability to communicate proficiently in English. Must have flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Bar Server Assistant | Full-Time and Part-Time available
The person in this role assist Bar servers in providing quality food and beverageservice to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness oftables, service areas and equipment.Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.     

Bartender | Full-Time
Courteously, enthusiastically, and efficiently takes orders, prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests in accordance with existing steps of service. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years current experience as a bartender in a resort environment.  Must have a valid San Diego Food Handlers card and the ability to communicate proficiently in English. 

Line Cooks | Full-Time
This position is responsible for preparing and planning for breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Maintains established quality standards. Know assigned menus and be able to assist other employees. Successful candidates have a culinary degree and a minimum of 2 years culinary work experience in a fine dining environment. Candidates that do not have a culinary degree must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years fine dining experience cooking international and regional cuisine. All candidates must possess a San Diego Food Handler's card and must have the ability to communicate proficiently in English. 

Restaurant Food Runner | Full-Time and Part-Time available

Restaurant Server Assistant | Part-Time A.M. & P.M. available
This position will assist restaurant servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. This position requires 1 year current experience as a food runner in a fine dining environment and 2-3 years experience as a bus person in a upscale environment. Must have a valid San Diego food handler's card and the ability to communicate proficiently in English. Must have flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. 

Sales & Catering Coordinator | Full-Time
The Sales & Catering Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales, Catering and Conference services management teams.  Duties include preparing and distributing Banquet Event Orders and event diagrams, printing menus and place cards, inputting data into the booking system, answering phone calls and providing administrative support to managers within the departments. Strong computer and communication skills, attention to detail, and previous administrative experience required. Prior experience in a food and beverage environment helpful.

Spa Attendant | Full-Time - Will Serve the Men's locker room
The Spa Attendant’s role is to ensure that the spa and fitness facility exceeds the guest’s expectation for cleanliness and is properly stocked with all amenities.  The Spa Attendant will be aware of guest
appointments and flow of business, so they can be proactive in cleaning and the clearing of the locker rooms and relaxation area after every use.

Spa Cleaner | Part-Time
The Spa Cleaner’s role is to insure that the spa and fitness facility exceeds the guests expectation for cleanliness and is properly stocked with all amenities.  The Spa Cleaner will be aware of guest appointments and flow of business so they can be proactive in cleaning and the clearing of all spa and fitness areas.

Spa Massage Therapist | Part-Time
This position requires a minimum of 2 years Massage experience in a resort spa setting, overall minimum of 5 years' experience, excellent Swedish, Deep Therapeutic, Hot Stone and pre-natal massage, SD County license & CA Certification of Massage. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
