Our wellness program has been designed to complement our spa services and an active lifestyle, including a variety of disciplines and opportunities to stay fit while on property. Classes range from high-energy cardio workouts to a variety of yoga teachings that take place in our Serenity Yoga Pavilion.
A state-of-the-art fitness center, complimentary to resort guests, features a diverse selection of cardio equipment and is available for personal and one-on-one training. We welcome you to take advantage of all of the program's offerings while you are with us. All classes are complimentary for our guests.
Yoga Wellness Retreats

Yoga Teacher Training Program

Experience the pleasure of a yoga session designed to improve your health, strength and flexibility in our new Serenity Yoga Pavilion. A variety of daily teachings take place with morning sessions culminating in a fresh Wellness Journey juice.
For all fitness levels, Pilates has been known to improve range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture and abdominal strength, as well as decrease back, neck and joint pain. Be sure to reserve your spot for pilates classes as space is limited. We kindly ask that cancellations be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Late cancellations will result in a late fee $30.
Spin & TRX Classes
Spinning elevates the heart rate by combining cardiovascular training with resistance training to effectively burn calories and fat. Through the use of a stationary bike, it also offers a low-impact workout that minimizes stress to the joints and bones.
Combining the ultimate in road riding and the ultimate in five-star luxury, the Performance Cycling Retreat is a unique opportunity to enjoy five days and six nights training, riding and spending quality time with some of the best cyclists in the world. The 2014 camp featured host Christian Vande Velde and special guest George Hincapie.
