From audio visual needs to transportation requests, from spa appointments to tee times, from menu planning to recommending the best local resources, your conference coordinator ensures that each event is executed to perfection.

The Board Room

The Board Room offers vaulted, open-beamed ceilings and high-backed executive chairs set around a mahogany table. A fireplace, book-filled credenza and chandeliers create the feel of a stately library. French doors with plantation shutters that let in the natural light open on to a private patio where outdoor seating is available. The executive conference table may seat up to 22 people.


The Terrace Room

The Terrace Room offers privacy and versatility. This 1484 square foot space features expansive lighting options, the latest in audio visual technology and versatile seating arrangements. Tile wainscoting, wall sconces and custom carpet and furnishings set this room apart. Three sets of French doors open onto a private terrace overlooking our scenic gardens and private canyon. This outdoor space is perfect for breakfast, lunch and meeting breaks. A foyer off of the Terrace Room is an ideal staging area for presentations, speakers and support staff. This tranquil environment can accommodate up to 80 people.
