Cycling Retreats 

Combining the ultimate in road riding and the ultimate in five-star luxury, the Performance Cycling Retreat is a unique opportunity to enjoy five days and six nights training, riding and spending quality time with some of the best cyclists in the world. Spin & TRX Classes

Spinning elevates the heart rate by combining cardiovascular training with resistance training to effectively burn calories and fat. Through the use of a stationary bike, it also offers a low-impact workout that minimizes stress to the joints and bones.
