Dear Tennis Members:

It's Spring! And I want to remind all of our members about all of the different offerings we have here at Rancho Valencia. We have clinics and private lessons everyday. We offer workouts and junior lessons as well. We also offer a variety of things at no extra charge, such as Men's Drop-in Doubles on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as our Tennis Network Socials most Saturdays. The Coffee Club, which meets every Monday and Friday, for 3.0/3.5 players doesn't cost anything, and you can always get free advice from Don Nussbaum every Saturday morning whether you want it or not.

The new rosters are in and if you haven't picked them up you may do so anytime between 8am and 5pm any day.

Congratulations to Tennis Member Jack Raymond. Jack received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters Degree from the California State University System and State University San Marcos. You can call him Dr. Jack now. Now that he is a doctor maybe he can find a cure for that pathetic backhand of his.

05/22/2008 Junior Tennis Summer Program Multi-day Clinics: These clinics provide rapid development of your child\\\\\\\'s tennis game over a short period of time. These clinics are a great way to accelerate the development of the player, especially when they are combined with on-going weekly lessons. Clinics meet Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Cost is $180 per student. Clinic 1: June 16 - 19 Clinic 2: June 23 - 26 Clinic 3: July 14 - 17 Clinic 4: August 11 - 14 Clinic 5: August 18 - 21 Additional Information: These clinics are designed for kids ages 6 - 15, from beginner to advanced. Each class includes tennis instruction, drills, match play, physical conditioning, along with fun and challenging games. Students will also receive a t-shirt. No refunds after date of first class.
