The Banquet Manager oversees all aspects of our event set-up, service, and breakdown including but not limited to weddings and social events, corporate group meetings, retreats and incentive programs. The person in this role is responsible for staff training, managing staff performance and executing events that exceed the guest expectation while also serving as an active business partner working towards the overall company service and financial goals. The person in this role must have a minimum of 3 years Banquet experience in a luxury environment, preferably in a management of high level supervisory position and must bring advance computer skills including point of sale use and programming, Microsoft office skills including basic use of Excel spreadsheets and must be able to produce written documents and reports. In addition, success in this role requires as strong ability to analyze and interpret financial documents and event data such as banquet event orders and must have an exceptional ability to identify staffing needs based on the service goals and event details. The Banquet Manager must be adept in gracefully handle competing priorities and must communicate proficiently in English.
Food & Beverage Manager
This position requires 1-3 years current experience managing luxury resort or fine dining restaurant operation. Must be able to work variable schedule including nights, weekends and all major holidays, must have a valid San Diego County Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Banquet Houseperson | On-Call
This position requires a minimum of 3 years banquet server experience in a 4 or 5 star resort environment. Must have a valid San Diego Food Handlers card and must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Fitness Attendant | Part-Time
This position requires flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays. This position requires the ability to lift, pull, carry and push 40lbs frequently, and 60 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Line Cooks | Full-Time
Successful candidates have a culinary degree and a minimum of 2 years culinary work experience in a fine dining environment. Candidates that do not have a culinary degree must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years fine dining experience cooking international and regional cuisine. All candidates must possess a San Diego Food Handler's card and must have the ability to communicate proficiently in English.
Tennis Cleaner | Full-Time
The Tennis Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of tennis complex and exterior including patios, entrance areas, stairwells, walkways, tennis courts & pro shop. The person in this role must be able to push/pull/lift a minimum of 40lbs. frequently and 50lbs. occasionally and be able to stand for a long periods of time.
Must have basic English communication skills.
