East Coast Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager works remotely from the East Coast and is responsible for generating group business mainly from the Eastern Seaboard.  The person in this position will assist in the development of regional sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals, will have established contacts that may lead to prospective business, will respond to sales inquiries, qualify leads, solicit potential clients via telephone prospecting and sales calls, entertain clients, determine rates, prepare proposals and negotiate group and transient contracts. The person in this regional role must be capable of analyzing lost business as part of strategic future planning. Candidates must bring proven luxury group sales experience, preferably to include remote sales efforts within the luxury travel market.

Banquet Captain | Full-Time
The Banquet Captain is the representative of management to the guest. It is this person’s responsibility to create an atmosphere of goodwill and to serve as the primary event contact the event’s host. The person in this role supervises and guides the staff, ensures the proper timing of service per the BEO or other instructions and is responsible for ensuring the staff is offering the highest standards of service in order to make the assigned private event a complete success. This position requires a minimum of 5 years banquet captain experience in a 4 or 5 star resort environment. Must have a valid San Diego Food Handlers card and must be able to communicate proficiently in English. 

Banquet Houseperson | On-Call
The Banquet Housemen is responsible for setting-up meeting rooms, audio visual equipment, and private events in accordance to the banquet event order specifications. Helps with polishing plates, glassware as well as set-up of cooking equipment, buffet, and coffee breaks. This position requires a minimum of 2 years banquet server experience in a 4 or 5 star resort environment. Must have a valid San Diego Food Handlers card and must be able to communicate proficiently in English. 

Banquet Server | On-Call
The Banquet Server provides food and beverage service to the guest in a gracious professional manner. Provides a comfortable, exceptional dining experience through the consistent implementation of our existing steps of service. This position requires a minimum of 3 years banquet server experience in a 4 or 5 star resort environment. Must have a valid San Diego Food Handlers card and must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Bar Food Runners | Part-Time
This position requires 6 months current experience as a food runner in a fine dining environment and 1-2 years experience as a bus person in a upscale environment. Must have a valid San Diego food handler's card and the ability to communicate proficiently in English. Must have flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Bar Server Assistant | Part-Time
This position will assist restaurant servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. This position requires 1 year current experience as a food runner in a fine dining environment and 2-3 years experience as a bus person in a upscale environment. Must have a valid San Diego food handler's card and the ability to communicate proficiently in English. Must have flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.  

Housekeeping Room Attendant | Full-Time
This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the guest rooms interior and exterior including guest patios, entrance areas and linen closets. Other responsibilities include deep cleaning and performing special projects. The person in this role contributes to the resort's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position requires 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a resort or hotel environment. The person in this role must be able to push/pull/lift a minimum of 25lbs. frequently and 30lbs. occasionally and be able to stand for a long periods of time . Must have basic English communication skills.

Housekeeping Turndown Attendant | Part-Time
Turndown attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the guest rooms (interior and exterior including guest patios, entrance areas and kitchens). Turndown shifts are the afternoon shifts into evening.   Other responsibilities include deep cleaning and performing special projects.  Turn down attendants contribute to the resorts commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork.  This position requires 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a resort or hotel environment. The person in this role must be able to push/pull/lift a minimum of 25lbs. frequently and 30lbs. occasionally and be able to stand for a long periods of time . Must have basic English communication skills.

Line Cooks | Full-time
This position is responsible for preparing and planning for breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Maintains established quality standards. Know assigned menus and be able to assist other employees. Successful candidates have a culinary degree and a minimum of 2 years culinary work experience in a fine dining environment. Candidates that do not have a culinary degree must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years fine dining experience cooking international and regional cuisine. All candidates must possess a San Diego Food Handler's card and must have the ability to communicate proficiently in English.

Pastry Cook | Full-Time
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and planning of sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, breads and chocolates for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as various specialty items for amenities and special functions. Maintains established quality standards. Knows assigned menus and be able to assist other employees. This position requires culinary degree with 1-2 years pastry experience in fine dining or without culinary degree, 3 to 4 years pastry work experience including breakfast and lunch in international and regional cooking in a fine dining establishment.

Maintenance Technician | Full-Time
The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains machines, equipment, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. A Maintenance Technician keeps all structures in working order through maintenance and repairs. Some duties include pipe fitting, insulating, boiler making, welding, carpentry, machining, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing new equipment, and repairing walls, floors and stairs. This position requires 5 years maintenance experience including but not limited to: basic electrical, dry-wall, plumbing, wood repairs, TV, Internet, a/c, troubleshooting and repair, must communicate proficiently in English. Previous experience in hotel or resort environment preferred, current extended certifications in a/c and electric are a plus. 

Restaurant Food Runners | Full-Time and Part-Time available
This position requires 6 months current experience as a food runner in a fine dining environment and 1-2 years experience as a bus person in a upscale environment. Must have a valid San Diego food handler's card and the ability to communicate proficiently in English. Must have flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. 

Restaurant Host/Hostess | Part-Time 
The person in this role Serve as consistent point of contact for restaurant outlets. Courteously greets and escorts guests to assigned tables and assist in seating, ensuring existing standards of service. Answering phone calls as necessary with the highest level of professional language in a calm, clear and concise manner. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years current experience as a host/greeter in an up-scale restaurant environment, English communication skills, Engaging, warm personality, and a valid San Diego Food Handler's Card. Must have flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. 

Restaurant Server P.M. | Full-Time and Part-Time available
The person in this role will serve guests food and beverage in a gracious professional manner. This position will provide a comfortable, exceptional dining experience through the consistent implementation of our existing steps of service. Maintain and improve check averages to ensure the financial success of the operation. This position requires also requires a minimum of 2 year work experience as a server or captain in a Fine Dining environment.  Must have knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, mixed cocktails. San Diego Food Handlers card and ability to communicate proficiently in English is required.  

Spa Fitness Attendant | Part-Time 
The Fitness attendant’s primary role is to anticipate and satisfy all guests needs in the fitness studios throughout the day and to set up, maintain  and provide a pristine level of cleanliness in the Spa pool, movement studio, Pilates studio, Yoga pavilion and fitness center.  The attendant also provides water, and towels to guests during classes and workouts.This position requires flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays. This position requires the ability to lift, pull, carry and push 40lbs frequently, and 60 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
